For those who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease or Mulitple Sclerosis.* Yoga poses are adapted for participants. A focus on the breath and relaxation will play a central role in addressing the stress-related effects of living with Parkinson’s or M.S. Please call or email before first class.
